Owned and managed by all parents whose children attend the school, some of whom function as Administrative Officers of the School.
Funded by tuition and fundraising events.
Qualified teachers and assistants are hired by these Administrative Officers to develop the School program and curriculum.

Community Co-Op Nursery School of Old Saybrook Philosophy and Aims
The School's aim is to help each child to come to know and feel confident about himself/herself. The Director will have the final say in the proper placement of each student in an appropriate class. By these means, the Co-op Nursery School aims to develop the best situation for each child as an individual and for the class as a group.
The Community Co-op Nursery School of Old Saybrook, Inc., a non-profit organization, has a non-discriminatory policy in all programs.
